JusticeStat (justicestat.com) presents statistics computed from the court decisions made public by courts and authorities: number of decisions, subjects, outcomes and time to judgment, by court and by year. Browsing data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
Nature of the information
The figures are statistics computed by JusticeStat from open public data. They describe past decisions and are given for information only, as is: they may differ from the original publications, be incomplete or contain errors. They are neither legal advice nor a forecast of the outcome or duration of any particular case.
The website publishes no person's name, does not reproduce the decisions, does not cover criminal cases and computes no statistic per judge, member of a court or panel.
Independent website
JusticeStat is an independent website. It is neither published, endorsed nor funded by the courts, the Ministry of Justice or the authorities whose data it cites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ALTI SAS is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the website, for indirect damage, for interruptions of the website or for the content of third-party websites it links to. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law or the mandatory rights of consumers.
Data sources and licences
Each source, its licence and the version used are stated at the bottom of the pages concerned and on the Data sources page. The original data remain subject to their producers' licences; the producers are not responsible for JusticeStat's calculations.
Removal and reporting
A decision withdrawn by its court or producer is removed from the figures at the next update. To report an error or ask for a correction, please use the contact form, stating the address of the page.
Intellectual property and database rights
The texts, layout, charts, code and compilation of statistics belong to ALTI SAS, without prejudice to the producers' rights in the data. Short quotations are allowed with JusticeStat as the source and a link to the page. Any substantial extraction or reuse of the website's database requires the prior written agreement of ALTI SAS; this does not concern indexing by search engines.
